Set in spectacular Tuscan countryside and near to the small town of Camaiore, Villa Rosa consists of two adjoining houses built on a terraced hillside. Accommodating up to 16 people the houses can be rented together or for smaller parties the main house can be rented separately.
Main House
Occupying three floors the Main House has an enormous light filled open plan drawing room, dining area and kitchen which features French windows on all sides leading to the gardens and terraces. The Main House has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
Farm House
The Farm House is the original part of the building, dating back to the 19th century. It retains much of its rustic character with terracotta tiled floors and exposed chestnut beams. It too has an open plan sitting room and has four bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people.
Relax in the gardens
The house is surrounded by gardens on four terraces. Take a siesta in a hammock in the orchard or sit and read under a shady magnolia. For those with more energy there’s badminton or even croquet.
Take a dip
Below the house on a lower terrace is the fabulous pool. At 15 meters by 10 meters there's plenty of room for all the family to splash about, including a shallow area for small children.
Explore the region
Tuscany is famously beautiful. Hike in the surrounding mountains or soak up the sun on the nearby beaches. A short drive away Lucca, Pisa and Florence offer cultural delights and local towns provide evening entertainment.
